Mandla Gantsho was appointed to the board of Sasol "in 2003. He is the vice-president operations: infrastructure, private sector and regional integration of the African Development Bank, prior to which he was chief executive officer and managing director of the Development Bank of Southern Africa. He is also a director of CIC Energy Corporation Limited, AfroCentric Investment Corporation Limited and Group Five Limited." [1]

He joined the African Development Bank in 2006, prior to which he worked as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Development Bank of Southern Africa following a number of years as its Chief Financial Officer. He has also held a number of senior management positions at Transnet and Engen. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and director of NOVA Capital Africa." [2]

Mandla has held directorships at Group Five and CIC Energy Corporation Ltd, and is currently a non-executive director at Sasol and AfroCentric Investment Corporation." [3]
